My conch was the most painful. Tragus is still healing but I never wear headphones. I think it will be painful 😓 I clean mine with a piercing wash 2 times a day and spray a solution 3-4 times a day. Hope it heals in 2 mos

tragus is after the lobe the least painful ear piercing to get if I’m right, got a nose piercing but am more scared to get the tragus because that goes through cartilage and just feels like it’s scarier than nose💀

Just got mine done as a 1st cartilage piercing, I’d say 1/10. The only thing was discomfort with the needle halfway through to coming out but I watched the video my sis took and I didn’t feel anything else. Also so far I barely feel it and still no pain unless it’s bumped.

i have a ??? for anyone who may know, but i do my own piercings at home most of the time & i have all of the right equipment bc i’m also a tattoo artist so it’s easily accessible to me. anyway, i didn’t have a tragus earring so i pierced mine with a regular one & it’s driving me crazy bc regular earring backs are huge & i can’t even clean my ears. i’ve had no issues with healing, i just did it 2 weeks ago. but it’s still a little bit sore and it’s crusty (obviously bc it’s not fully healed), but can i change it to one of my ballback earrings now??? or would you guys wait??

The tragus piercing was by far my most painful piercing. And because the piercing put a small bar in it she had to change it to a longer one and repierced it again because it closed. It hurt so bad.
