I’m an Annie OTP in mid. Since I get my role a lot and don’t play other mids in ranked, it’s best to make sure my off role can fit Annie so I don’t have to play on a rusty champ when filled. Most would say supp but being under leveled and not being able to stack passive for no cost is a pain. Annie top is my fill and I can say it works great. Especially since top laners are not used to an Annie in general, let alone in their lane the whole time. From there, I picked up Garen who also can do well in mid. They combine very well to fill a lot of jobs.
