His late gene awakening was a blessing in disguise because he got to develop his own strength early on as compared to his brother's who never did and just depended on their superior aptitude.

Welp his mom couldn't permanently erase his powers and only ended up suppressing them. Judge's technical prowess is truly something. Which makes Sanji's character great because he tries to deny how useful it is but it's exactly what's giving him an edge up.

Imagine he chooses to take over Germa (which ik he won't) and teaches all the soldiers diable jamble. A whole army of superhuman kick masters would be crazy. Especially if Sanji's siblings learned it too

Sanji could have gotten his germa awakening way before wano. In baratie Sanji broke all his bones in his fight against gin but the next day he be fine. Now I think his germa enhancement was mixed with his human nerve cells or whatever and kept him human but at the same time had the germa powers. Sanji’s diable Jambe could be an example for his germa awakening.

I feel like Sanji was able to Hold on to his Humanity after his awakening because he had an actual loving mentor growing up and then that reception if love continued with the Straw Hats
His awakening allowed him to keep his Humanity to protect his Friends

Sanji is a very emotion based character. A dreamer, an idealist, a romantic type of man, one to dream of pretty women and glorious battles for pretty women, so watching him grapple with being made to be a cold, unfeeling weapon of death is gonna be interesting

I prefer Sanji being the wings of the pirate king that will make him soar instead of an arm and this happening in his fight against queen makes me morbid towards the people who say Zoro mid diffs Sanji as he was having an emotional crisis and still kicked queen so goddamn far

I've just started watching one piece (currently in the alabasta saga) and now I know why so many people love this anime.
