My grandma was a young adult when the Beatles got big and she was a massive fan, so are my mother and I despite us being born after the band broke up. Sometimes I get sad thinking about how something like the Beatles will never happen again, and the fact that I unfortunately just came too late to witness it. But at the same time, I’m glad that it happened in the first place.

Oh I thought it was funny they thinking Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds was about LSD when in fact it was inspired by a drawing Julian (John's son) made about a school friend called Lucy. And the lyrics is basically Alice in the Wonderland. In that time the papers loved some kind of conspiracy thing - they still do, though.

When the new show Get Back came out the 1st thing I did was cry. Memories flowing in. I love my sister who let me listen to her 45s. She's 72 and I'm 62 glad we were able to watch with our kids!! Miracle
