I call BS on that top. There is no way Michael holds the #7 spot, with US sales only or not.

To those you wonder why Jackson is so low. Notice that this is US sales only.. MJ was very much a worldwide artist, and would likely do better on a world list

For everyone is extremely confused, keep in mind that this list applies to the United States. Across the whole world, Michael Jackson is #3, and Garth Brooks isn't even in the top 10. Country music artists often only see success in United States (especially the Western part), which is why many European viewers probably wouldn't recognize Garth Brooks.
