I regularly watch Finnovationz video, all are full of resource but you made lots of improvement in this video's like you showed formula of dividend yield etc. One improvement that I would request you is that whenever you present any comparative/periodical Financials like profit, GP, NP, EBIT, it should be in one slide tabular format so that user can also do analyse with your commentary. Particularly in this video when you showed the data of 2019 then 2018 has been erased out. Except this I see everything is superfine.
I think many user see your video to enhance the knowledge about nitty gritty of financeial market, SEBI, RBI, , so I would also recommend to add your own commentary to clear basics of user.Thanks for introducing the concept of REIT exquisitely.

Trust me work from home is going to be an optional one as we go along after this pandemic. I have been working from home since pandemic and I am wanting to come office due to the stress anybody get at home. Secondly the managers feel people are un productive since they have to catch up with each and every one consistently which is other wise easy from office. It was a luxury to work from home at times when work from office was mandatory . However going forward work from home will be an option thing as very few like to disassociate from team and stress out the ass off working from home.
