MINDSPACE BUSINESS PARKS REIT MAKES A STRONG DEBUT
Mindspace Business Parks is all set to get listed on the exchanges, The company saw a robust response to it’s IPO with the issue getting oversubscribed multiple times.
The issue was over- subscribed nearly 13 times on Wednesday, data from NSE showed. The total Issue size was around Rs. 4500 crore at the upper end of the price band of the IPO.
The upper end of the price band for the issue was Rs.275/share. The shares listed on the bourses at Rs 302/share at a strong premium to the IPO price. The company is only the second listed REIT in India exchanges.
