That’s awesome man! Great job dude, I’m kind of a wreck rn and any motivation could help if you happen to see this. I just started a job at a factory last month. I started on the production line, in pack-out. Not yesterday, but the last Friday my supervisor approached me, pulled me aside and offered me a move to maintenance. Just after 3 weeks! But I was busting my ass. I wanted to show them i was a good worker bc I like being in a factory. It makes me feel like a man.🤣And that mindset means everything to me. It sucks being a male and working as some damn supermarket, or convenience store. It doesn’t feel good! Especially when a pretty girl asks me “what do you do”🤣 It was such a huge honor, I can’t explain to them how great full I am the even considered me as the guy to do the job. It means a lot and I don’t tend to let them down. I know I can learn! I tried to show them how eager I am to learn, without also showing how DAMN NERVOUS I am about all this.😂 I have no CDL. No experience on a forklift hardly except the little I’ve done this past week unloading our truck at out DC warehouse. Just riding with our current driver to learn the ropes. I haven’t driven the truck yet bc I have to get take a DOT exam first and I’m waiting on the higher ups to let me know when to go. And after only a week riding and doing some forklift operation, I feel confident in everything that is my “job” but I get so anxious when I think about docking the truck. Any words of wisdom or guidance would be GREATLY appreciated! Again awesome stuff man, well done!!
Random thought: Ours look just like this one. I mean identical basically. Holds about 12 pallets? If so, same sq footage even. From what I can tell it’s damn near the same.
