Converting Metric Units: (Multiplying and Dividing by 10, 100 and 1000 - Lesson 2)

In this lesson I explain that metric units of measurement are units to do with metres, litres and grams, and I talk about the relationship between some of the common metric units (e.g. metres and centimetres, kilograms and grams, etc.) I then do several examples of converting from one metric unit to another, by multiplying / dividing by 10, 100 or 1000. As always, questions given at the end of the video (+ answers too).
