- Kimchi (¼ cup)
- Kimchi Juice (1 tbsp)
- Sesame Oil (1 tsp)
- Sugar (1 tsp)
- Salt (tt)
- Black Pepper (tt)

- Korean Chives/Garlic Chives (tt)
- NOTE: because egg sizes differ, gauge the wet ingredients based on your yolk sizes

I made these last night for my early thanksgiving today! I made two versions! Your version straight up and some with my home made pickled Jalapeños and the pickling liquid. So a regular and a spicy. I’ll let you know how everyone likes em!

The best temperature for peeling boiled eggs is to cool them to 11°C - hotter and the membrane sticks to the shell, colder and the shell contracts back on the egg.
