Something that is not explicit in the video is the sumproduct formula for materials used. Just mentioning in case someone is trying to recreate this spreadsheet to get the same results. Those values are not just manually typed in. It is a mixed reference sumproduct formula and is not as apparent as some of the other calculations in the sheet. At no time in the video are those cells selected in such a way that you can see that formula in the formula bar.
