"Setting clear expectations" before any job. It is a simple powerful truth. Thank you.

Real good demonstration, explanation of why you choose not putting plumbing in wall. I liked your trouble shooting. Now I am going to tackle mine.

It will not cost that much more to just move the trap up higher and have a 90 or two 45s going to be existing drain instead of cutting the giant hole

Very informative. I only wish I could clone you and have you working in Cleveland, Ohio. Thanks for all the good videos. I love them.

That was very very good ...what I learned was how to work around problems when you tackle projects like this...thank you

It's tragic that you had to tear the bottom of the cabinet out, that would make me sick as a handyman I would have moved the plumbing to fit the new cabinet for the customer.

If I were the customer I never would have chosen that particular vanity knowing the plumbing situation. That is something I always remember is that drawers or shelves where the pipes are...well, you know it's going to be mod city to fit it.

I put in almost that exact vanity set up and I had water flow problems as well. Im not a professional by any means and it took me a good 30 minutes after process of elimination to finally remove the aerator and blow on it. I guess That's the first thing i should do from now on. Thanks for the vids!

Dude you’re awesome! I don’t say that bout a lot of dudes because usually it’s not true! I’m a Lowes installer but I’m always trying to learn more due to side jobs and I hate to pass them up. Unless it’s not what I’m comfortable doing, I do pass them to someone I know can handle it. But after watching this I can do it. Most of it is not giving up and finding a solution regardless of the situation! Awesome..

A good tip I can give as a handyman, when dealing with customers. Ensure that you get all agreements in writing. I try to either put them on my estimates, or by text or email. When you do verbal agreements, it's easy to forgot what was said, and harder to disprove a customer who really isn't recalling the truth.

Glad you had this video. I will be helping my friend install two vanities for his bathrooms soon. This will make me seem like I know what I'm doing. I want that vest also. Thanks.

Did you use silicone to seal the marble top to the vanity?

Consider cutting the legs so there's not so much gap at floor level? Time consuming of 15-20 minutes? More finished look I'd think.

I like the chalking trick, I'm going to give that try.

I was thinking to myself... I know he isn’t cheap so if I hired him I would expect that the pipes not be visible when I open the cab door... Then you mentioned it would take relocating the pipes behind the wall and it costing more and it made $en$e. Love your vids and personality. Easy to watch.
