I have been contemplating an Islander for a while. This video did the trick. Marc is a (not so) small businessman, who obviously cares for his customers, . He learned this from his father in the Hardware Store. I am also in a family business that has grown incredibly over the last 30 years and the biggest reason was customer service! When you care for your customer, it shows, and people like Marc are the type of people that you want to give your hard-earned money to... The fact that he gave a shout-out to an employee who was retiring speaks volumes about the man. At the end of the day. people won't remember what you said, or what you did, they will remember how they made you feel! 

Marc obviously is a kind and caring man and I am proud to call myself a customer!!

Thanks for the review! I feel like a board member getting an EoY update. I think one the attractive qualities that LIW, Inc. projects as a business is not only the offering of quality products, but the inclusion of your customer base (and potential customer base) in offering the reasoning of why you are making certain business decisions and why these decisions are good for LIW and good for your customers. Customers appreciate that and it fosters loyalty. It also makes potential customers take note and can sway a purchase toward LIW from a competitor in seeing the forthrightness and honesty with which you operate.
