01:30 - Yeah, full stop. At 60 years, I forgot why 2Pi is a full circle.
However, if Pi = Circum / Diameter = 3.14,
and a radius of the circle is half the length of the diameter,
then there are 3.14 * 2 'radiuses' in a full circle,
therefore a full circle is 6.28 radiuses or 6.28 radians.
While true, how did we jump from the word radiuses to radians?
I have forgotten more than I'll ever learn in the remaining years of my life.
I enjoyed college trig so much, I failed it twice.
During 1980-84, I was interested in 2 things:
1) Computers
2) Girls.
and not in that order.
One made complete sense logically, and the other did not make ANY logical sense.

1 radian = length of radius of a circle that measures angle = 2πr/2r=π
That's why he took
4 inches per radian(length of radius)

To know the amount of radians in a circle you can also use this alternative by using degrees 360 / 57.3

I still wonder why is it 2Pi in the first place. Like why from pi= 3.14 to pi=180 degree? 1 circle with 360 degree make sense for me but I still don't get why is it 2pi but not 3pi or 4pi?
