User Experience Design (UXD) is the process of enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the user and a product or service.

I'm a user experience designer for digital interfaces, but I must say that user experience is not primarily for digital. We have user experience all around us, from the packages of food we open to the door handle we turn. I think it's important to mention that when giving the definition of user experience design.

That said...I think you both did an excellent presentation and broke down your process very well and I highly appreciated watching this episode, keep up the good work!

I have been reading and watching a lot of videos surrounding the theory of UX but the problem is nobody explains ways to take theory, marketing, and research and how to turn your data into design. These guys are true Gs and know exactly what they are doing and explain all of that so these videos are very big help. Thanks guys
