Wow!!!! you're doing awesome power heavy bag Sylvia Nasser, I follow you when i did & you did power punches with heavy bag you have a black boxing gloves so I did it powerful punches so I do getting tougher power punches Sylvia Nasser.🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊
