Despite of its name this dessert is not from Russia, it is named after the ballerina Pavlova, after a tour in New Zealand, a pâtissier from Wellington invented this dessert to honor the ballerina. After Australia proposed also this dessert. But it is The National dessert of New Zealand…

I did this recipe with berries and added rose water to the whipped cream. It was amazing!!!
