Michael, I’ve found that the swadhisthana hexagon means that we are to use the six natural motions within the pelvis: the four of the hips plus the two of the sacrum (nutation and counternutation). The crescent moon indicates undulations. This means that an undulating motion rhythm is to be developed, that creates the three and a half coils in the spine, to keep the head feather-like floating in space. The idea of KY is to always keep ourselves in front of the gravity cylinder (sushumna), and free ourselves of the experience of gravity.

Michael Stasko thank you for the explanation of the first three Chakras. There is saying that after thirty, one is responsible for one's own face. The unresolved issues of those first three Chakras has caused issue with not only my face but my "being" in the world. Slowly trying to integrate eastern thinking into my western mind has proved to be more difficult than one might think. Human Design has my definition as a triple split which helps explain my disconnect with dealing with various aspects of my subtle energy body. That's why videos such as yours are so important, because while actively listening and connecting to you, connections are being made internally that aren't normally connected. This is not in a needy way but an appreciative learning style that I have. So, thank you very much!!
