Also - the screen on the S24 Ultra is definitely better, might be a bit dimmer, but has no reflection whatsoever, and during days and while being outside in general, the S24U panel is a league above apple

Both phones are great, but for me it’s iPhone. This was this was against the Pixel 9 Pro XL, I would go with Apple still but it would be very close

I will say as an Apple head, I am glad Samsung copied Apple. I mean regarding not changing the design every year. It has allowed Samsung to have probably the best phones they have had in years. Less bad burn in issues, less gimmicks than abandon, and each feature is refined. Hence why their zoom has been so good and ultra is getting better each year with feedback. I do think Phones should switch it up every three to four years, but if the S25 looks the exact the same of S24 (which is probably will), I will not complain. I sold my S24 Ultra because it was the most uncomfortable phone I have ever used as someone with small hands, but if they have good trade-ins for the S25 I may consider the plus. I just remember holding the S24 Plus as well at a Best Buy and it felt weird in my hand.

3:42 what are you talking about? The s24 ultra has the best screen of any smartphone. You need to set the s24 ultra to automatic brightness. Youll get a brighter display. Brighter than the iphone for sure.

You even failed to mention the anti-reflection screen on the s24 ultra.

I’ve had flag ship android and iPhones throughout the years but always come back to iPhone. It just works with no stuttering or lag and the software it clean and simple. I don’t think I’ll go back to android

I recently found a brand new
Unlocked 1TB
S24 Ultra in Titanium Blue for only $1000 with NO trade in directly from Samsung.
This thing cost nearly 2G’$ when released.

I also have the 16ProMax in Desert T.
It’s really nice.

These phones are awesome.
You can’t go wrong with either one.

Each has its own speciality’s.

Use both the S24 Ultra and 15 ProMax. They serve different purposes for me. The 16 ProMax does not offer enough of an upgrade for me to update. I’ll do the same when the S25 Ultra comes out. I am an engineer and amateur photographer. Between the 2 the S24U is the best all around for my personal use. For work communication and scheduling, the 15PM works better - it isn’t the OS, it is the work apps. If I had to choose one, the S24U. However, foldable are catching my eye.

As a loyal iPhone user for many years the 16’s camera BUTTON is just another worthless gimmick that I consider an insult to iPhone users, Apple thinks we are going to fall for this newest gimmick.
Apple even thinks it’s customers are going to call it “camera control” instead of BUTTON.
This button is just as useless as the Dynamic Eyesore.
I will be upgrading my current iPhone 15 Pro to the soon to be released Galaxy S25 Ultra.
