Easy Slime Farm in Minecraft 1.21 | 700+ per Hour

Welcome my Minecraft 1.21 slime farm tutorial! In this video, I will show you how to build an easy and efficient slime farm that provides a steady supply of slime balls, perfect for crafting sticky pistons, leads, and other useful items.

Nice design. I have not bothered to check all the caves around, but even so, with 8 hours of AF, K I was able to get almost 20 stacks of slime balls which is more than enough for me & my friends [1.21.4].

instead of redstone you can place activated levers under the blocks that are using powered rails

so where i built it is where 2 slime chunks are right next to each other... will that still work?

Does we need to remove torches that we place near golem because there is only 7 slime after 10min AFK whereas you earned 1.5 stack in 10min afk😢

Guys, for me the farm worked the only issue is that after making me 2 and a half stacks of slime balls, it stopped working all of a sudden. Someone can help me out?

i was lucky enough that there was a slime chunk like 18 blocks away from where i was "i was on a mushroom lsland"

If your using this in 1.21.4 like me and the snow man is dying I swapped the fire place for a fence with out changing anything else I didn't change the fence on top aswell just put I
A fence as the fireplace pretty much

Hi, so i'm struggling to make this farm work. I've made 100% sure to build this in a slime chunk, i've dug all the way down to bedrock to build this to help with spawn rates, and i've lit up all the caves around to spawn-proof them. I haven't seen a single slime spawn and i've been waiting quite a while. I have a little observation room right next to the farm so i can watch if slimes do spawn, and i don't think being so close should prevent them from spawning.

The only thing i can think of, but i can't really confirm, is that i have a bunch of cows and sheep on the surface in stables, but i don't think passive mobs should prevent hostile mobs from spawning like this. This isn't in a swamp biome either, pretty sure it's just the plains, but that shouldn't matter if this is in a slime chunk.

If I didn’t do the farm at sea level, do I have to get up 134 blocks anyway or do I have to get to level 134?

Writing this as of 10:13PM/FRI/APR25/2025:

Built this completely blind, new to Minecraft, didn't even have my iron golem trophy yet (create your first iron golem). Im currently on day 34 (started building it on day 30) and was able to gather all the resources needed.

I play with the essentials add-on and it lets me see chunk border's and they light up green when in a slime chunk, luckily one was not even 20 blocks away from my island base. So i started building it, finished it, created a duplicate world and went into spectator mode to see if it was
Working properly.

I mainly wanted to build this cause i needed slime balls to craft something from one of my add-ons but also cause Redstone seems confusing, i wanted to get into building redstone contraptions.

Its now currently 10:24PM and i have three stacks of slime balls 😅.

Now that i know it works i can delete the duplicate world and farm some slimes in my main world 😆👍🏻.
