Lying flat on your back you'll lift both feet off the floor and raise your shoulder blades off the floor to create constant tension all your abdominals. You'll hold a kettlebell, dumbbell or any load of your choice. Keeping feet and shoulders up as high as possible, you'll do a pullover with an object. Make sure you keep you core tight as the load goes over your head because it will require you to engage more core to maintain proper position of the movement.
