U know what’s sad about this story? The man was homeless… for whatever reason. And the only people that could if changed that was his family. They turned their back in him but are standing right next to their lawyers ready to collect on the lawsuit!

People were afraid of Neeley and what he may do. I'm kind of surprised the Marine and those other guys grabbed Neeley because he could have had a weapon, a knife or something. I don't mess with people like this. It probably all started when he asked for money and no one gave him. That's why Neeley said about he's hungry. If someone on the train offered him a sandwich, chances are he'd turn it down. These homeless want money and a lot of people won't give them any money. If no one wants to give you anything in that car, go onto the next car. I bet this is what started it.

I don’t see any priors about the marines character. On the other hand the other young man had a long list of charges, including praying on the weak and old. Being in a closed environment with a loose cannon? No way, not me.
