I’ve analyzed many OTC properties. They’re viewable at the law firms website. These are not bought at auction for a reason. There’s usually other issues with title as well as the counties minimum bids on these properties are too high. One has to know exactly what’s going on with the property before buying. I’ve yet to find an OTC property that I want to invest in. It’s not easy, otherwise everyone would be doing it, even so right now more and more people are trying to do buy tax deeds which increases competition and prices.
