Fallout 3: Searching 10mm values with Cheat Engine

I was checking if Fallout 3 would still be hackable, well it seems to function fine until you encounter more than a single address. I'll assume it's an Anti-Cheat/Anti-Mod. In an unusual case, it might even be piracy prevention.
