Young Couple Become Parents After Rescuing A Baby Bird | The Dodo

This young couple had an entire date night planned when they heard little chirps in the corner of a sidewalk — watch as they bring the baby bird along with them to the restaurant, taxi and their airbnb 😂💛

We talked to Ludvig and Mathilda about what has it been like taking care of a wild baby bird while they were on vacation until he was ready to finally leave the nest!

To this girl on the date, this guy is a keeper!!! Anyone who would extend their visa as not to leave the bird is the best human!! Do not let him get away!! 😅Seriously, the sweetest story, they nursed him/her back to health to be strong enough to live free is the greatest thing ever, may the beautiful bird and the couple live long and prosper!! 😀

I was sitting on my balcony and a young starling landed on my table.
He was crying and crying. I got some wet cat food and a dish of water.
He could drink the water on his own but I had to feed him the food.
He stay with me all day. At night he flew into a nearby tree.
He came back over the next 3 days.
I would get a dishpan full of water and he would splash and dunk his head.
On the 4th day he never returned.
I honestly think that it was time for him to leave the nest but he needed just a few more days of help.
It was a really wonderful experience. 🥰

Bambi knew his new parents had to go home and she decided this was her time to start her new life too. What a great experience to be bird parents for 3 weeks. Very lucky for all of you
