I have a girl like that at my school. 3 people like her, she rejects them and tells the entire class and everyone she knows that the people she rejected were stalkers, even though they haven't even looked at her once after she rejected them.
The bad thing is that she use to assume I liked her and told people I was weird and that I stalked her, which I didn't. I'd literally just look at the clock and she assumed I was staring at her since I wasn't doing my work.

Haha my friend when she had just moved here at the beginningof the school year, I hardly knew her yet, and this guy(hes creepy, according to the guys in his grade told me that it was scary how obsessed the guy was with me the year before) and he told my friend that he liked her, of course she turned him down, but she came to us and complained about it, and I told her about the year before when I moved there, and I just started talking about my relationship (which I don't have anymore) around him just for him to get the hint I'm not into him and I'm taken( its actually how I came out to a lot of my friends because I was dating a girl), and later she was talking about how he wouldn't leave her alone, and I was like "hey your a little fruity(I kinda forget what her sexuality is since she usually refers to herself as fruity), and I'm Pansexual, let's just pretend we're dating each other, so he leaves us alone" however we didn't have to resort to that, because she got into a relationship, and now I just have to pray he doesn't find out I'm single haha, and a guy that I had a little crush on moved away, and I didn't even get his number, I was friends with him too 😭

There were a few girls I liked in school. They were nice to me at first, but when I said I liked em it all changed. They started spreading rumors about me, told everyone that I was a stalker, that I harassed them, etc...
Once some of their guy friends beat the cr*p outta me for supposedly caller her a bit*h.
I was never particularly sociable, so I didn't have many friends to back me up with any of it. My only defense was being as publicly separated from everyone else as possible. Wich, of course, only made me seem all the more of a weirdo. My one and only friend I was forced away from when another guy threatened me, told me never to hang out with him.
Fun times...
Not married, but I have hope. And all those girls ended up as methheads so I'm not all that tore up about it.

I liked a guy for years, he ended up spreading rumors that I was a stalker in 4th or 5th grade. Practically everyone knew that I was bullied before, during, and after this time, the bullying only increased.

I had this happen to me and she made up rocks about me going to her house without asking for her address, and I had to explain to all my friends that she made that up. Haven't seen her in a few months. Best words of advice I have for any guy or girl for that matter.
Don't be alone with someone of the opposite gender so no one will accuse you of something you didn't do. Always be respectful to others and respect people's boundaries, if you typically are very respectful of them when someone lies about you people will be suspicious of them because that's not what you would do

This happened to one of my friends in a similar way. My friend is gay and she liked this one girl in her class. The girl found out and then proceeded to accuse my friend of harassing her. The girl and her friends gossiped about her. They're still doing it to this day. I can't really help since we're not in the same school, but I have persuaded her to at least tell a teacher about it because not doing anything about this can lead to more problems. Nobody else in class knows about the accusations but the crush's friends, but what if they end up telling everyone? What if the false accusation ends up following my friend around all through high school and ruin her reputation?
