A tip, When you put a screen worth of info up like this, you should at least list them in order, top to bottom, Best to worst in the category ect.. You show the Noctua A12 at the top of all, when it shows the rank at various levels, and just random others along the way. No real rhyme or reason can be ascertained. 13 50 65 4 43???

750rpm already at 20%? And mediocre noise to performance ratio? Thanks for letting me know I can give this fan (and the Thermalright Phantom Spirit EVO) a skip.
For criticism: I'd love to get the minimum rpm that the fan will start at and any fan bearing or other noise that may be audible at that fan speed. As someone who loves silent operation, that's very important information for me.
