To this date: Sept. 25, 2022, fixes my problem since I had this last Friday like 2 days ago trying this preferred DNS 4.2.2.1 and Alternate DNS 4.2.2.2 then Voila! Back to normal. Thank so much, saved me time and money.

Fix #3 freed up my computer!! Thank you for your help on this and also presenting it at a slower pace that was easy to follow. Most help videos move at such a fast pace that you need to stop and play back many times to write the steps down.
