If all information is continuously created by the Banach-Tarski Conjecture-type natural methodology, as the cause-effect of QM duality modulation structures..., then the Universal wave-package phase-states self-selected by naturally occurring phase combinations would fit the conditions presented in the video (?).

Space-time does not exist because it is a product of Mind. Mind is the fundamental existence and nothing else. Mind defines its own boundaries and lives in it for some time, till it realizes it, and then it changes itself, resets itself, and the cycle repeats.
