The day I found your channel was the day I was introduced to meshmixer(about 3 yrs ago), still use it today & agree of how versatile it is. Great tutorial Angus.

I can't think of a video I've watched lately that deserves a thumbs-up as much as this one. Concise, useful, close-ups of the drop-down menus so we can see what is happening, no mucking about. You should win some sort of award.

I've always loved your Tips, Tricks and Tutorial vids Angus, they're fantastic. And yes, I too would love to see more Meshmixer tutorials.
Hope you're finally getting settled into your new place.

Yes more Meshmixer videos!!. No. 6 would be "Make Solid" solves a lot of issues with bad meshes. No. 7 would be "hollow" very useful for turning any mesh hollow inside to use for lamps or to add parts internally

Thanks again Angus I'm sure your videos are much appreciated by everyone in the 3d printer community. I have been struggling a lot with Blender, after seeing this I'll give Meshmixer a go.

It’s a lifesaver. I use it every day. Especially your video on Boolean difference to subtract shapes from others was very useful to create pegs to reassemble the parts post print.

I have it but never used it before. Watching this video shows some tools that I know I will need to use, especially the plane cut tool.

Good tips! I use the slicing a lot. Also, the scaling is cool since you can enter an overall size along one axis and it can proportionally scale.

I like MeshMixer but it's interface is frustrating, with many features effectively hidden by strange interaction modes. For instance, using arrow keys to change snapping increments as you mention. That's crazy!

The big ones for me are alignment, slicing, and supports, the latter of which is its killer feature IMO.

Happy printing!

It seems like Meshmixer is super powerful, but the interface is so convoluted that I have a hard time learning how to use it. I love your tutorials on it and hope you post more soon!
