Hi, I have a Hormann Supramatic e2 motor, with integrated receiver. After a power issue at home the motor got stuck in 1/2 open position and I had to do a reset and retrain to make the receiver work again. However now the dry contact (operated by a switch on the wall) is not operating the motor anymore. Any idea what could be wrong? I tried doing the connection directly on the motor's dry contacts, and it's not working either, so it's not the switch or the wire. Does this need to be reenabled somehow after a reset? Thanks and regards !
