We had a power outage for an hour and we opened the garage door by pulling the garage cord and pulling up the garage door and we could open the garage door to let my wife go to work this early morning. But then I tried to close the garage door just after power came back on. It was not opening by pressing the Open Button like normal. I called my wife and told her the garage door was not opening by pressing the open button. She told me to look for videos in YouTube and I searched and yours one came first top in the list and I tried to do according to your video and it started working well.
