The trick I use to save money is paying bills early in the billing cycle! More goes to principle and less to interest. Easiest thing ever -just changed the day I pay all my interest loans.

Please heart this:
When I shop at market basket, slightly to the left or right of the deli section, there's a 'excess' section for the ends of deli meat that are undesired. I use this in sandwiches cuz idgaf, cut it up in soups, and carry it on the go for quick protein. It's like 3$ for a pound of it vs 6$ a pound of "nice looking deli meat" (that's what she said)

They also have cheeses and other meats too, but they are all in one package, so it's a various assortment

You should look at IIPR and do a video on it. It’s a weed REIT with solid financials and good people running it. Dividend stock. Also with all that’s happening in the world wouldn’t be surprised if weed became federally legal.
