It's amazing she carries her babies for weeks on her back! has to get by herself, hunt and all, while protecting 100 little ankle biters!! I'd have trubs protecting 1 ankle biter, wolf spiders are pure class. Great vid mate :)

Woman says "Get him off my house" after she's clearly been told there are babies on the spider's back. Don't even know what I'm astounded by, the fact that she just has no powers of inference or that she just cares that little about whats going on in front of her that she can't be bothered to pay attention. Why continuously poke her with a stick? Wolf spider mamas are so amazing. Only spider in the world that carries its babies on its back. I’ve seen them a couple times, admire them but don’t prod them with sticks.

Had one of these in my bedroom 15 minutes ago. I quick captured the spider using a cup and an envelope to act as a lid. Upon inspection, I saw that it was a wolf spider with a ton of egg sacks. Ooooo I quickly put that spider outside. I don't mind harmless spiders in my house, but tiny spiderlings everywhere at once is a big Nice thing about wolf spiders is that they don't spin webs, and they eat other bugs. So, they're beneficial.
