WHY DO I KEEP A JOURNAL?

Why do I keep a journal? I keep a journal to remind myself who I am ....and who I could be.
In my process of learning, falling, and getting back up, my process of acquiring skills and self-realising Journalling is the Keystone to my self-awareness in self and my ability to experience joy and success in social media.

I've experienced loss.

I've experienced several losses in my life. I have been unreasonably judged, bullied and labelled.

I was significantly bullied in primary school due to my learning process and my ADHD. This bullying hurt me and hindered my ability to see my worth for years and years.
Finally, when I started on social media, I was told relentlessly to 'get a real job' and stop making a fool of myself.
I was told I was a loser more times than I can count.
My progress in social media has been hampered and, at times, stopped due to trolls and my limited ability to manage trolling and to see it for what it was... someone else's story...not mine.

I have recently lost both my parents
I lost my brother to suicide
and have lost several friends over the years to suicide and tragedy.

These losses, at times, have eroded my sense of authentic self, direction, and ability to help others. These losses have affected my ability to clearly see my direction and goals succinctly.

JOURNALING IS THE BACKBONE OF MY SUCCESS

…Journalling has reminded me of who I am, who I could be, and my incredible abilities and worth.

Journaling reminds me to look down upon my relationships and attachments with perspective and heal with resilience and strength.

Journaling has helped me set goals, re-navigate, and reflect upon my progress realistically and positively.

Journalling serves as my greatest constructive self Critic, my counsellor and my life coach.

Journalling motivates me

Journalling helps me set boundaries and values, and beliefs.

Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning [psalms 30:5 kjv]. do you wish to end sorrow and depression in your life? do you want eternal life and life more abundantly? look no further. Jesus is the answer. if you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and you will have eternal life and be saved. the evidence that the bible is real and true is out there, do not be deceived by the luxuries of this world, and the fleeting pleasure of sin. come to the light of god, being righteousness, truth, love, and life. God loved you, Jesus loved you, and now it is time for you to love them too.

John 3:16, Galatians 3:26, Romans 10:9 (Jesus Christ is coming soon! prophecies are being fulfilled! don't be left behind! accept Jesus Christ as your lord and savior now while you still can for afterward comes the second death, eternal damnation, death, torment, suffering, hopelessness etc!)
