Push and Seal Pop-Up Drain was an easy install and hoping it will last for years to come. I wish I had invented it!

Why the dislikes? It's a sub 3 minute video that explains the push & seal features and why he prefers it over the old style; thumbs up for being concise and informative.

The one drawback of this design is when you have a sink full of dirty water you need to stick your hand into that water to pop the drain open. YUK!

Great video! The issue I am having with this exact assembly is that somehow water is leaking below the upper seal and down underneath below the sink. I made sure everything was nice and snug. I confirmed in the steps the plumbers putty is NOT needed. Is this correct? Any ideas on trouble shooting this issue?

Have you had any experience dissembling the actual push-down plug? I've found that over the years some junk has built up INSIDE of the plug and I haven't found an easy way to get it taken apart.

Thanks, I Thought my drain was clogged up. I feel kinda stupid. Now I can screw it back on. this is not good for a business

most people don't know how it works.

Just to be clear, your video is reversed. If people turn them in the direction you do in the video, things will get very bad very quickly.
My only issue with them is if I have very very hot or very dirty water, I hate having to stick my hand in to push the button.

We do have hard water, but the rubber seal going around the top of the drain is so thick that water just sits there.
