Ok, this was not only helpful but my jaw-dropped when my monitor started showing this in HDR, I don't know how many people can appreciate just how absolutely clear this instructional video is in both content and quality.

I agree with the other commentators ! What a perfect example of the kind of instructional video that is clear, curt, concise and complete.

I like this design for tub drains where u just push on the stopper with your foot to open and close. The one for the sink I’m not so sure about. After filling the sink and using, you have to stick your hand in the dirty water to open the drain. Probably why they have made the old design all these years. I know from experience that I’ve had the levers on the traditional ones rust out which is a pain. Now when I replace the stopper assembly, I turn the stopper sideways so it isn’t attached to the pull up bar making it easy to remove and clean.(they even give you the option of doing this in the instructions now on new installations)

Nice, this should be standard on bathroom sinks.

Wow this is a great video. I've replaced tons of these, I don't even know how I ended up here but I watched the whole video. You did a great job filming and editing this.

Exactly what I was looking for. Going to install a new faucet and don't want one with the push/pull mechanism. Thanks and subbed.

You left out the part where you attach the new stuff to the trap so we could all listen for new cuss words. Thanks for the vid!

Bravo! Beautiful job! The last handful of faucets I replaced I couldn’t get the drain collar or the nut below the sink to unscrew bc they were so corroded. I ended up cutting them off with a Dremel metal cutting wheel.

I have something very similar that I got off of Amazon that just dropped into place where the original stopper was without all the extra plumbing work. Came with a variety of rubber gaskets to make a tight seal and I'm pretty happy with mine. This is cool but mine was a lot cheaper and a lot less work. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I prefer the Pfister as there is no cross piece inside after you unscrew the popper for cleaning. That way you can get a long brush down inside.

Can you help me here and advise how to adjust the pop up lid not to allow the water to go through in a closed down position? Or it is with a defect? But my husband set two drain in and both of them don’t keep the water in my sinks…🤦🏼‍♀️ thank you

These are wonderful. Especially when you sink is full of nasty water and you get to stick your hand in to open the drain.

What do you do with the old sink stopper pivot rod? If you remove it there is a hole in the faucet. If you keep it there, people get confused that it doesn't do anything.

Do you need a Kohler sink to fit Kohler stopper fit?
