This anime really touched parts of me... Substitute Invasion and Misato-Shinji's dialogue is the most relatable thing I've ever seen when it comes to feeling suicidal, numb, depressed and self-hatred, but at the same time, how deep inside what I wanted was to do things right, its just all i lacked was faith in myself.

amazing how going from track 4 to tracks 5 and 6 is like "happiest part of the movie" straight into "saddest part of the movie"

i just finished the show and movie... these past times i felt like my emotional life was dedicated to this universe... with no more of it to consume ive almost fell into an existential crisis.. anyone else feel the same ? its almost like i want to be apart of that universe, to experience their suffering
