Overview

Monitoring applications and services for deployment is an essential AWS developer skill. This means mastering available tools in AWS to monitor services and applications.

In this course, you will explore the features and capabilities of AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, X-Ray, and Security Hub. Next, you will investigate Systems Manager, Amazon Managed Service for Prometheus, and Amazon Managed Service for Grafana.

Then you will create a dashboard in AWS CloudWatch using AWS CloudTrail and send messages with Amazon Simple Notification Service (SNS). Finally, you will configure and test the AWS X-Ray service and configure AWS System Manager to manage your infrastructure.

Upon course completion, you will know which AWS troubleshooting and monitoring tools to use. You will also be more prepared for the AWS Certified Developer - Associate 2022 certification exam.
