My brother is kind of a tech wizard of sorts. Had this issue when I went to show my family my device after it sat for months of not using, stuck on the boot screen like this. He essentially wiped the original SD clean and reflashed it with Anbernics dual boot system they have on their website for a firmware update and it solved my problem. Definitely would recommend doing that

I’ve fixed this<~~~~a hold that smaller round button just below the off/on button. Then try to turn it off. Way 2: let the battery die. The original ones are buggy

The OG SD cards are known to fail. get a new card and set it up via youtube

Hold power and reset simulataniously for 5 secs. If this still does not work. Disconnect the battery to discharge for a few mins. reconnect and then attempt to power on again.

Take the Sd card out, jiggle it a bit as you put it in, helps with mine when this happens, i think its just a bad batch of sd card readers

I got the same issue, mine was the battery, I couldn’t fix it so I just tossed it and got a Rg35XX+ and never looked back.

I have the same problem also ordered from China. the console works but nothing is displayed, I tried to reinstall the software and still nothing. Tomorrow I will try to connect it to the HD cable to find out if it is definitely a display problem. in my case, I am not able to return it because the link to the return label does not work. I have been trying to contact the seller for several days and have not received a response. you can try what I plan to do is to order a new display but it costs about 20 euros
