Tengo una igual con el mismo problema, la solucion es cambiar el lcd, si decides hacerlo compra que traiga el embellecedor que por la diferencia de precio merece la pena y quedará perfecta

Same thing after 2 months. No idea how to repair it. Amazon told me that policy expired 2 months and Anbernik told me they can´t do anything because I didn’t purchase this product directly from them.

The same thing happened to me last week, but mine didn't crash at any time, I was playing with it and I saw that it was downloading, I put it to charge and after a while I went to check if it was already loaded. My screen showed these lines, but in my case, the image doesn't even appear, just the lines!

I have de Rg 40xx h and have the same problem idk where i can find another screen :(
