My kymco agility city 125cc shuts off when I slow down to 25km/h

I have the exact thing set for the EGR as I bought the scooter used.

The mechanic I went to, he says it needs the egr pipe to solve this issue but I’m doubting it.

Also, when I shake the scooter, it shuts off as well. Please help :(
