Nursing Assistants, can you let the others know the state and floor/department that you made the most money Working?

Also, let's talk about the advantages and disadvantages of being a Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Florida Training Academy is Nurse-Owned but we wouldn't be in business if it wasn't for the thousands of CNAs we've trained.

We are so proud of you!!! - Nurse Eunice

I was a cna 14 years before I became a lpn 5 years ago and I still renew my cna every 2 years it's so worth it if I ever get tired of lpn stress I'm definitely dipping back to cna with shame whatsoever

She's not lying. Some CNA agencies pay upto $25.00+ an hour. When they had covid units it would drive the pay up.

The sad part is...$20 an hour is the min amount most people need to barely pay the bills. I make $24 and I'm struggling...

I make 25 an hour in chicago as an CNA. But it's in based on how many years you've been certified.

Made $85k as a STNA same thing as a CNa and I’m paying my way to nursing school. I had to do a few doubles to get there but well worth it.

My buddy just started tonight and had 2 men chalked full of poop. Making $26 an hour and said it is so gross he is quitting after tonight. He is a former cop of 15 years. Said it was worse than looking at rotting dead bodies

Most cna make $21 - 25 to start. Thats not counting agency where im from. During Covid the aides willing to work the Covid units were cleaning up easily making $5000 per pay period with just regular shifts working 5 days for 8 hours. It was crazy and unbelievable. Those days are long gone now. Lol

I hv worked for diff agencies only for 10+ plus years in florida brevard county to be specific and I can't make anymore than $15 an hour. My skills and interpersonal skills are fire and go beyond standard. I need some advice.
Thank you kindly.
