by itself, its a small, inconsequential change that doesnt affect the player much (though it is important enough that activists are pushing for it mind you).

But like a cough, it can very easily be just an early symptom of something much nastier to come. Because companies that start down this path NEVER stop just at just that. Until what you get is naught but a piece of propaganda using a game as support.

they should rename the mannequins in the game lol. the female mannequin is funnily named "womanniquin" but now they need to be called Body Type Annequin and Body Type Bannequin

They should have left the original gender selector in and expand it with a body type suboption

They didn't remove genders, the male and female sprites are still in the game.

Instead of selecting your gender you just choose it based on the outfit. You can change the voice to masculine or feminine regardless of your outfit selection. That's it, not "removing genders" lmfaoo. They just made it simpler, and people get mad.
