After 100's of gigs in the bag i can say for sure the QU16 is incredible. So easy to use, sounds so great, and all the knobs and controls still feel like new after 1000's of adjustments.
If you are looking for a very capable small mixer with 16 mic pre's and 3 stereo channels, 7 auxes, multi track recording its a no brainer.

These desks are ridiculous! We used the QU24 with my old band a few years back - what a time saving piece of genius! So much less crap to lug around to gigs, incredibly fast access to all the features, the ability to save venues into the desk was awesome - once we'd done one detailed sound check we could save it, and sound check for that venue basically became a level check as all the eq hunting was done. So good.

Great demo, makes me very comfortable upgrading from my mix wizard. That graphic option on the Chanel faders is unreal. Great cross over for someone like me with only analogue experience. Very impressed

Thank you for the excellent demo. I hope SKB or Gator make a custom hard case for the QU-16 and the QU-32. I'm also concerned with the durability of the motorized faders, touch screen, and touch pads.. Aside from that, operation with EQ and FX, monitor mixing, and use with an IPAD looks so simple.

Analog mixer have EQ like digital but we still need EQ rack, maximized rack, and crossover if you use subwoofer. Anything is built in. They never compare as outboard. So whatever you do, you always need outboard gear. You never have clarity sound without outboard rack.

Can u plug in say a bass from the bass amp and have it just record and not go out to main?

One question... does it have rta and a equalizer for monitors? Pink noise maybe?
