I dont think Zeus was scared of nyx but scared of the consequences of killing nyx . He sidnt want a war with primordial gods.
It would be no war and even if the gods of Olympus was to kill one primordial god it would cause a universal problem to all creation

These lies are so boring. Why do people buy them? Zeus was not afraid of anyone and has multiple primary sources stating him as the strongest being ever to exist. The illiad outright shows the fates themselves have no control over zeus, and he states he can save being from Fate, but they do in fact have control over Nyx. Zeus does in fact respect Nyx but that has nothing to do with him fearing her.
