Virus.DOS.Crash

The Crash virus infects .com/.exe files, sometimes incorrectly, and causes them to either display the colorful payload or simply freeze, rendering a computer largely useless until the virus is removed, usually by complete restoration from backups.

You wouldn't just download a virus executable knowingly. Imagine you're connected to a BBS, and their shareware copy of Wolfenstein 3D is unknowingly infected. You download it, run it, and now the virus will infect files on your PC. You give the game to a friend on a floppy disk, and now his PC will get the virus. Viruses weren't highly efficient at spreading back at the day, which is why many of them require specific activation criteria - so they can spread as much as possible before going off.

o i reinstalled xp and that fixed it :D (i dont have recovery console for some reason) so thanks anyway also (do u know how to make windows 2000 have 32bit color and high resolution because the driver for the 3d graphics is ment for xp and over so it has 16 color and 640x480 resolution at the moment) :D

Dear Daniel,
Do you make some virus' or do you just infect yourself and review them? And why do you do old fashion DOS and Old windows virus'? Why don't you do recent virus' that are very advanced and try to disinfect yourself. You should do these kinds of videos as said above, I think many people would find these entertaining.
