Winning a shaft! I'm a disabled veteran that has a total left knee implant and also a total right hip implant! In 2014 I contracted MRSA lightest staph and ended up losing both of them! I was laid up for 9 months. In May of 2015 I got a brand-new knee and and also a brand new hip implant. I lost a total of 63lbs and I was unable to play golf for close to two years! When I return to playing I was unable to swing by stiff shaft driver and clubs as fast as I did before! I got tested and my club head speed was between 73 and 76 MPH! Before all this happened to me I had an average speed in the low two middle 90s! I had my driver reshafted to a Swing Science 400 Series 48" ! The tip on a faster backswing has been HUGE for me. I have been doing this for a few weeks after hearing how much Bryson DeChambeau increased his backswing to increase his overall swing speed. I have actually found my accuracy is better and my weight transfer improves. I am 71 and still don’t hit it far but very yard helps. Thanks!!

I swing 100-105 with a Taylor Made M2 with a Ventus Blue (not velecore) 65g shaft. My miss is to the right and I fell like I’m fighting it to hit it straight. I’m hoping a lighter shaft will allow me to get the face closed easier.
