Torque in Nm: 2x bottom steering knuckle110 Nm, upper steering 100 Nm, Stop to piston rod at top = 60 Nm, stabilizer bar = 60 Nm. All data are from Mercedes W203 service manual

This video would be more useful if you included the removal of the cool spring from the old shock, put it in the new one, assemble the strut and then put it back in the car.

Great video. My W203 is much to sensitive to the smallest bump or hole on the road. Just a very hard shock with a knocking noise every time I come across bumps. Is that shock or spring issue? Thanks a lot.

Your video is great, my car C200 W204, is it the same torque force for fastening the screw/bolt & nut

I have an issue here with that top washer looking thing not clamping down on the rubber at the top of the strut tower causing the entire shock to move around and cause noise when go over bumps. I can see that it was also very loose on your car when you bolted it down as well (3:47). I had to put some plates on top of the rubber there so that the big black washer thingy could actually clamp down. Was it not making noise for you?

Can somebody give the specs for the bolts? Like the length, size etc. Mine are rusted and I would like to buy new ones before doing this. Awesome, short, but informative guide btw!

hi, i have same car just with different engine, i love your videos, keep it going mate. I love it, have to change my rear shock absorbers but i'm scared of doing that :D will you be filming more videos on mercedes? I just love this car, it is great car and it can surprise me anytime. Like last one i was just waiting to get my tires changed and i was clicking on radio and i found out about that i can change CD in magazine it is awesome. I thought it is broken or something but it works. I have to fix my panoramic roof it doesn't open i think electric engine is broken, can i fix it myself?

Hello how u doing.... I just found a electrical problem I think bc when I but the test light between the battery negative an the terminal that connected th the chassi it gose on an I took out the whole feuses from the box an the light still on... do you have any idea about that...

I feel like the wheel on c230 k is gonna pop off..when I’m turning with speed it shakes on the front passenger and when I brake at high speed it shakes horrible
