It’s no wonder he looks so good and is in phenomenal shape at 70, he’s single. 👍👍👏

Excellent role model. These simple concepts are still not understood by most people. I am 53 years old and considered extremely fit, similar routine to Mike plus some fasting. When people say what I do is hard, I tell them dragging an overweight, sick body through life everyday is much harder.

Good for him. Age is really a number. I am 48 and started doing 25 chin ups a day, five days a week about a year ago. THat's 600 chin ups a month. 7, 000+ a year. I did it because I was working from home and bored. Ended up with a total v shaped back like a 25 y.o.. So easy now. Barely takes me 5 mins to knock them out. When I started I had to do 25 sets of 1 rep. lol. Goals are great. But it's your daily habits that matter.

I don't want to live forever... I just want to feel amazing while I'm here. That's why I put in the work. This guy is big inspiration!

The amazing part is not his muscle mass or strength it's his well toned body and good looking healthy skin that makes him look so young. What a legend👍

Love it. I'm 60 and I'm quite fit, but to get to where Mike is, I'll have to be in better shape in ten years than I am now!

The Wim Hof method is truly a life changer. I will never look back. Cold water is the best anti aging there is.

Amazing he is 2 days younger than me. I think I'm in pretty good shape but injuries in the gym have often set me back. I'm back now trying not to over extend myself. I've often thought of becoming a fitness trainer. Maybe I will. Thanks Mike.

I think thats wonderful!!! I have been looking forward to my senior years for a long time when I can be retired from working for a living! Now that I'm here, I want to make the most out of life, and so keeping healthy and fit so I truly can enjoy the rest of my years is so important. Too many seniors think these are the end of their years, when with the proper discipline and mind set, it can be only the beginning of the best part of our lives, with wonderful opportunities for amazing adventures we never had time for earlier in

Just what I need! Turing 70 this July. As a result of not working out for 5 years, earned a first time ever Personal Title "Worst Shape in My Life". Enough is more than enough! Will subscribe, follow, and do.

Seriously impressive core strength! And his stride as he runs is an inspiration to me at 67 years old! Awesome job!

Man looks like he's 40! Better than most 40 year olds, and a few 20 year olds I've seen!

At 47, I was able to get to 3% body fat thru intense workout. Though it is difficult to maintain...I now maintain a 6% body fat. Like him, fitness and nutrition is my passion...it is truly remarkable what one can reveal thru great fitness and proper nutrition 👍 👍

Good example for recent retirement . In process of walking 3 miles every other day. At 67. I am working slowly into physical exercise after physical therapy on my back after recent surgery. My fear is injuries doing exercise. Having osteoarthritis with knee replacment and attiles tendon surgery with tendon loss gives me some permanent restrictions on range of motion. Seeing someone close to my age moving and enjoying life. The example encouraged me that it is finally OK to care for self and live the best possible me. Thank you.

This guy is a role model for everyone. He reminds me of Jack LaLanne except Jack was even more amazing. Nothing to take away from Mike Millen.

Heard someone say most people after 30 will never sprint again. It made me sad. Am glad been working out in last year and getting stronger and can still sprint at 48
